Processing Time

Each order is handcrafted or carefully curated with love and care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

If you need your piece by a specific date, feel free to reach out before checkout and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery from Ontario, Canada.

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

International:
Currently, international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. is available by request only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $120 for Canadian residents only at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your piece’s journey from the studio to your hands.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All pieces are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

For customers outside of Canada, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery.
These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs or taxes and is returned to me, all related costs (including return shipping and any fees billed back to the studio) will be deducted from your refund.
If those charges exceed the value of your order, no refund will be issued.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders cannot be re-shipped or refunded if delivered to an incorrect address provided at purchase.

If you notice an error before shipment, contact me right away at jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com so I can help correct it.

Shipping Delays
I do my best to ship each order promptly, but delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond my control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections).
Your patience and understanding mean the world.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
I’ll work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

Each order is wrapped with intention using eco-friendly, recyclable materials and includes a handwritten affirmation card- because how your piece arrives matters as much as what’s inside.
