Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free standard shipping on orders over $120 for Canadian residents.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your piece's journey from the studio to your hands.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All pieces ship from Ontario, Canada. For international customers, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery- these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your checkout total.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders cannot be re-shipped or refunded if delivered to an incorrect address. If you notice an error before shipment, contact us right away at hello@jewellerybyjn.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Every order is wrapped with intention using eco-friendly, recyclable materials and includes a handwritten affirmation card, because how your piece arrives matters as much as what's inside.
