Each piece from Jewellery by JN is created with intention, care, and a quiet sense of meaning. Here are a few answers to help guide you through how your piece journeys from my hands to yours.
When will my order ship?
Each piece is handcrafted or intentionally curated with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your parcel begins its journey, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it home.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, shipping is available within Canada and the United States. For other countries, international shipping is available by request. Please email jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com before placing your order to explore options.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
For U.S. customers, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs, any return fees charged to me will be deducted from your refund.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in original condition; unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Please email jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com before returning anything. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons, unless they arrive damaged. Custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are also final sale. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I exchange a piece?
If you’d like to exchange your piece, please follow the same return steps. Once your return is approved and received, you may place a new order for your desired item.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please email jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll work together to find a solution; whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Each piece is made to accompany you through seasons of becoming. To preserve its beauty:
- Store your jewellery in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Remove before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes.
- Use a soft polishing cloth to gently clean the metal and stones.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, custom talismans are one of the most meaningful ways to collaborate. If you have a story, symbol, or intention you’d like to weave into a piece, visit the Custom Adornments page or email jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com to begin the process.
How is your packaging eco-conscious?
Every order arrives in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging, intentionally chosen to protect your piece while treading lightly on the planet. The only non-recyclable parts are the protective interiors of ring and necklace boxes. I’m actively working to find sustainable alternatives.
