RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Handcrafted pieces made with intention deserve care in how they are returned.

GENERAL POLICY

I hope you love your piece as much as I loved creating it.
Each order is carefully made or curated, so returns are handled with care and intention.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.

Please note that Final sale items, earrings (for hygienic reasons), and custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all items except those that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging.
  • The piece must pass an inspection upon return to ensure it can be resold.
  • Returns must be approved by email before being mailed back.
  • You must contact me at jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com to begin the process.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send it.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. I am not able to cover postage for returned or exchanged items.

INSPECTION & REFUND PROCESS

Once your piece is received, it will be inspected to ensure it remains unworn and in resale condition.
Refunds are processed only after approval.

If accepted, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your returned item shows signs of wear or damage, it will not be eligible for refund.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original purchase (after approval).
Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for your preferred piece.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with photos at jewellerybyjnicole@gmail.com so I can make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale or Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), without giving any reason.
