A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. The remaining balance is due upon final design approval, before creation begins.

What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days (with photos) at hello@jewellerybyjn.com, and I’ll make it right.
