Return & Exchange

Handcrafted pieces made with intention deserve care in how they are returned. I hope you love your piece as much as I loved creating it.

General Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below. Please note that final sale items, earrings (for hygienic reasons), and custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return.

For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all items except those unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging.
The piece must pass inspection upon return to ensure it can be resold.
Returns must be approved by email before being mailed back.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Contact us at hello@jewellerybyjn.com to begin the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how and where to send your piece.

Refund Process

Once received, your piece will be inspected. If accepted, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for refund.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return your original purchase (after approval), then place a new order for your preferred piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos at hello@jewellerybyjn.com so we can make it right.
