Meet Jessica, the Hands and Heart Behind the Work

If you're here, you're probably not looking for "just jewellery."

You're looking for something that feels like you. Something that holds meaning. Something that reminds you of who you're becoming when the world gets loud.

I see you. Because I've been you.

My name is Jessica Nicole, metalsmith, Stonekeeper, and founder of Jewellery by JN.

This work was born from the quiet, alchemical spaces between loss and healing, a practice shaped by grief, remembrance, and the slow return to self.

It began not as a business, but as a lifeline.

After losing my sister Kat, shaping metal and setting stones became my way to process the rawness of emotion, to honour the tangled threads of my own heritage (European and Mohawk, woven together through memory and longing), and to forge something sacred from the breaking.

The studio became my sanctuary. A place for spellwork in metal, where each talisman was crafted with the intention to hold stories, mark thresholds, and remind us of the light we carry, even in the in-between.

That's when I understood:

I'm not just a metalsmith. I'm a Stonekeeper.

And this work was never about fashion.

It was a sacred return to craft, to ancestry, to truth.

For the Woman Who Is Reclaiming Herself

Maybe you're in a transition. Maybe you're remembering parts of yourself you were told to forget. Maybe you're learning tarot, exploring your magic, or simply trying to ground yourself in the chaos.

Maybe you need silence when the world is screaming.

You're not looking for trends. You're looking for anchors. Talismans. Wearable rituals that remind you:

You are held. You are seen. You are becoming.

That's what I make here.

How I Work

I work from my garage studio in Lincoln, Ontario, guided by slowness and reverence.

Each piece is slow-made, blessed, and energetically cleared before it leaves my hands. I don't mass-produce. I don't chase trends. I craft ritual adornments for women who value meaning over decoration.

My materials are chosen with care and consciousness:
- Sterling silver
- Upcycled metals
- Semi-precious stones sourced from Canadian suppliers
- Packaging that honours the earth

Every collection is inspired by the cycles of the moon, ancestral memory, and the wild-hearted women who wear these pieces as talismans for their own journeys.

This Is Not Just Jewellery

This is adornment as ritual. As remembrance. As spell.

When you wear a piece from Jewellery by JN, you're not just wearing metal and stone.

You're wearing your intention. Your grounding. Your reclamation.

You're carrying a reminder that you are special, and you deserve to come first.

If This Feels Like Home...

Thank you for being here.

Thank you for supporting slow craft, for honouring story, and for allowing my work to become part of your ritual.

I'm honoured to walk this path with you.

With gratitude and magick,

Jessica Nicole
